"stefan's recipe-tip" from the TV
larded pork cooked in vegetable broth,
with white horseradish sauce, cream polenta and glazed cherry tomatoes
for 4 persons
larded pork cooked in vegetable broth
2 pork fillets (pierced with a thin knife in the middle)
1 garlic
Cut the pork fillets into two equal pieces and put the whole peeled garlic in the cut. Prepare your vegetable soup on medium heat (the soup shouldn’t boil) and simmer the pork fillet for about 20 minutes.
cream polenta
3/4 l vegetable soup
1/4 l cream
a shot of salt & pepper
thyme
Put the vegetable soup and cream together and boil it. Add salt and pepper, and also thyme.
Taste and then stir in polenta. Boil once and switch off. Let the cream polenta steep for about
10-15 minutes.
white horsradish sauce
minced onions (50 g)
shaved horseradish (50 g)
salt
pepper
1/4 l cream
a shot of white wine
Glaze the minced onions in oil and deglaze with a shot of white wine. Wait short, then add cream and boil. Add shaved horseradish und mix everything together.
glazed cherry tomatoes
100g yellow and red cherry tomatoes
salt
olive oil
Glaze the cherry tomatoes in olive oil, until they open. Salt and the dish is ready.
