Travel and cancellation conditions
- PRICES:
All prices are per person and night resp. per person in case of our package offers, incl.
halfboard and are valid for a stay from 4 nights. Plus 10 % if you stay less than 4 nights.
- TAX:
The tax will be charged separately resp. is included in our packages offers. Children and
teenagers under 15 years do not pay tax.
- RESERVATION:
To fix the reservation we required a deposit payment of € 20,00 per person, per bank transfer,
free of expense for beneficiary.

- CHILDREN'S REDUCTION:
in the additional bed from 2 fully paying persons in the same room.
- AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS:
Check in: 03.00pm until 10.00pm, please let us know in case of late arrival.
Check out: 10.30am
- We ask you for suitable clothing in the dining room. For not consumed meals – no refund.
- PETS on demand.
- CANCELLATION FEES:
If you arrive later or depart earlier than the booking is made for and for cancellations, we have to charge you according to "Austrian Hotel Reglement" (PDF Download AGBH - Hotelverband).
- INSURANCE IN CASE OF NOT TRAVELING:
We recommend an insurance with your insurance company.
- PAYMENT:
To settle your invoice we accept Maestro-Bank cards, Visa, Mastercard
and cash. If you pay at arrival 1% discount.
For our ski packages: Payment just in cash (we do not accept bank or credit card therefore)!
